1/3 already confiscated, target 75% - Your State is next

In the confiscation of personal liberty, there is a major move by wealthy elitist to grab your land and all its resources for pennies, and Florida is leading the way nationally in that covert operation. If you take a look at the U.S. map created by Dr. Michael Coffman, it is the small green areas [probably fenced in] that you will be able to live in and possibly own land in the future. All the yellow and red is confiscated land. The new America will be laced with corridors and fences and resemble the current Israeli landscape where only fancy subdivisions are developed out of the normal use areas away from where the peasants will live.

This attack on innocent property owners is a combination of wildlife ecologists and eco-professors, including county commissioners, state officials with private partners, and many other cooperative money minglers who some with obvious good hearts, are either missing the beat or they are living off their sycophant insurance and professing false claims. This urgent notice is to inform you it is progressively the later who instigate condemning patriots of their constitutional rights over personal desires, some not knowing their intentions are being used in a long-term reorganizing of stealing your ability to own anything of earthly value.

It is important that we survive as a nation with a sustainable environment, but innocent land owners are being green lined where the value of their land is dramatically decreased so that governments can purchase them at a confiscated price where the owner is unjustly abused for the sake of pleasing emotional prejudices. That is not a constitutional republic, but a demagogy, and as expected it has been fed down the pipe from the Bush administration in the form of the previous administration’s GAP program.

With all the green servicing and ‘save the planet’ front groups available to be serviced with some nice funding, it was an easy plan to pick up for Bush and fill his gap and that being your land. It’s so easy to play on the emotions of the hearts of concerned citizens who will only find out later that the wealthy own most the land nationwide and ALL THE RESOURCES on them forever. Oh, I thought we were saving the cranes, where did that oil rig come from?

The Gap Analysis was a program President George Bush gladly picked up thanks to Al Gore’s behind the scenes work and the elite team of sycophants who get favors and funneled money deals. Their condemnation tactics, conservation easements, open space, and other euphemisms carefully crafted to sound important, are just fast land grabs for their brotherhood of greed mongering the public out of their assets including your personal resources you may now receive from your own property. The Gap Analysis was a program designed to target what land to grab so the sycophants would know how to implement their plan. Most of the public has paid little attention to it. Those who owned the land that has been stolen have not received coverage with the media. There is no one to speak for them, as the media is also part of the sycophant’s system and will strictly censor their plea for justice helping to conceal the whole operation now and once completed nationwide.

The Southern Ecological Framework Project was a study conducted by the University of Florida GeoPlan Center which identified a target 75% of land that needed to be confiscated for protecting wildlife and natural resources, but that is exactly the problem. Once the ownership has changed, who is to say that this very same land stolen from innocent land owners will be used to tap into the last remaining supplies and sell them off to the highest bidder while profiting from it in the future when inflation has visited the moon. This does seem inevitable because of our expanding capitalist system of encroaching on every possible resource on the planet. It’s not like the population is decreasing, it is expanding, and most of the U.S. land and resources is in rural territory. Is not the Florida Forever project exactly that, a way to steal the land cheap ensuring profits for resources, even food, wildlife, and primarily water? This is simply a way to steal, and move wealth into the hands of power ultimately separating and cleaning the flock of peasant land owners of their livelihood, and it’s happening right before your sleepy eyes.

Those who understand the importance of our eco-system as students and teachers need to wake up and see behind the mask of those who are really just resource mongers. I can see Cheney riding through the new Greenway on a fan boat with his rifle in the air shooting the Egrets while smirking for the camera on the way to the newest privately owned hunting reserve.

So how does green lining work? Specific areas are targeted for consumption at a future date, and majority rule is applied to the condition which states the land is now valued at it lowest possible cost to benefit the purchaser which is the money handlers. Immediately the money handlers profit because the land which is targeted is related to resources, such as the prevalent water supply. The land targeted is in areas where voter power is decreased based on density, almost all rural areas, and where population figures have weak resistance to the aggressors, and also does not allow fair representation against the crimes of humanity being committed based on unfair majority.

Water demand will dramatically increase and become a luxury only available to those elitist who have connections. If it were true that these land grabs would protect the ecological health of the biosphere, it makes sense which is only an emotional play. Many of these areas targeted are not necessarily in the swamp, they are in rural areas adjacent to eco-systems now already confiscated, as Florida has already lost 1/3 of it’s land to the government and private trusts which are set up for the funds generated connected to it, and their adjudication is restricted to special interests and no representation is allowed for the individual, a clear breech of human rights.

State and County Commissioners cooperate with Government officials and private partners to network their agendas for the plan presented to them through clever information systems and computer programs while the nation is literally under siege. Teachers, professors, and students research the data, and their declarations are extreme and unfounded based on the emotional influence of saving the life of the Egret when Cheney will only blow it out of the sky and laugh while his children inherit part of the last stash of power on earth.

The plan to take your land has been in the works for many years as all their covert operations are well planned in the future including all wars, as no war is started without a reason, and if a reason doesn’t exist, one is fabricated as in the 911 debacle where the war crimes have never been accounted for, and no official has been arrested other than patsies, and innocent people.

Back in the 90’s, The United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity was a treaty that was never ratified partially because of a few patriots who understood its implications. The Senate stopped their vote in fear of what might happen with its power. Sovereignty International Inc. has posted record on these events.

On June 29, 1994, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved the ratification of the Convention on Biological Diversity (Biodiversity Treaty) by a vote of 16 to 3. Only Senators Helms, Pressler, and Coverdell voted no. Three months later, on September 30, Senate Majority Leader, George Mitchell, for the second and final time, withdrew the Convention from the Senate calendar. The Treaty was never voted on, and now languishes in the bowels of government awaiting the arrival of a more friendly Senate. The defeat of the Treaty in the 103rd Congress came as a stunning victory for the private property rights and natural resource providers community, and was an astonishing defeat for the administration and its army of environmental organizations which had carefully orchestrated what it thought was certain ratification. The events that led to the defeat of the Treaty have been grossly misreported by the environmental community and by the main-stream press. […]

Even before the Treaty was presented in Rio, the American Sheep Industry Association adopted a policy statement opposing "any regulation, legislation and treaties on biodiversity that does not adequately consider regulatory takings, fails to recognize socio-economic needs and influences, or preempts sound management authorities of the United States." President George Bush refused to sign the Treaty when it was presented in Rio in 1992. Then-Senator Al Gore, and Bush's EPA Administrator, William K Reilly publicly criticized, to the point of ridicule, Bush's refusal to sign. […] [1]

In the up to date turn of events, it was easier for Bush’s son to implement the Gap Analysis program and use majority bullying to confiscate your land and resources even though over 160 countries had originally signed the treaty including President Bill Clinton which has never been ratified. Al Gore was the Vice-President then who now had the job of getting the treaty ratified.

President Bill Clinton signed the Treaty and Vice President Al Gore was already constructing his White House Task Force on Ecosystem Management in preparation for implementing the Treaty. The Biodiversity Action Network (BIONET), a coalition of environmental organizations, assumed the task of promoting the Treaty's passage in the Senate. […]

On July 19, 1994, Dr. Michael Coffman, a Director of Maine Conservation Rights Institute, and a regional director for the Alliance for America, was in Washington talking to Senator Mitchell's staff and to Senator Dole's staff, trying to convince them that the Treaty would have the effect of making the "Wildlands Project," the objective of the Treaty's implementation. […] [1]

When Congress reconvened later that year, every Congressman had received a letter from the Environmental Conservation Organization cosigned by 293 organizations. It was Dr. Coffman who was the one who revealed the smoking gun which was hidden in the Global Biodiversity Assessment (GBA) which encouraged Mitchell and Cohen to get a copy before the vote the next morning. Then, on the morning of the vote, Kay Bailey Hutchinson, (R-TX) gave the Senate floor a show and presented graphs about the GSA, and the Treaty was withdrawn from the Senate.

Dr. Coffman has created a multi-media presentation [requires Macromedia player 6.0] which covers the current status concerning the Gap Analysis program in the southeastern region including the entire U.S. territory, as he has followed the wildlands effort for many years. Currently in Florida, over 50% of the targeted condemnations have already occurred according to a [PDF] letter from John Paul Woodley Sr., Assistant Secretary of the Army sent to Dick Cheney on September 22, 2006.

The Water Resources Development Act of 2000 has help create what is called CERP or the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan which has targeted adjacent land in an expansion of property confiscations in the southern areas of Florida. CERP filed their first report in 2005 to comply with the WRDA of 2000. All these laws and implementations are extremely cleverly disguised as acts to save nature, when they are in fact, the taking of vital resources and the stripping of assets of individuals that have their [biodiversity] restricted, and intentionally rearranged into the hands of those in power.

Here, the pelican and man are both on the loosing end for the intention has always been the same, right down to when Al Gore started pumping the eco thing before stopping off to create the now inconvenient Internet. A simple way to get your bearing on these thieves is to read what has been defined in small print and their clever euphemisms used to misguide you.

Our world is rapidly running out of water and food resources but what no one is seemingly thinking about is the fact that much of the wildlife areas confiscated are key areas surrounding or near the most bio-diverse areas of land, of which nearly all are in rural areas. According to Michael Coffman, only 6% of America’s land mass is currently developed and only 3% is developed in urban areas of which 77% of the population lives in.

That opens up into a big fat retirement and family planning check for Dick, George 1 and 2, Al, Bill, and all these money handlers we assume are on different teams. The plan to take your land has been in the works for a long time originally intended to take all the best land there is, and surround the pristine land next to it. Don’t be surprised when the fences go up.

If you look at the entire U.S. and their plan to remove your biodiversity to it, you can hopefully see with the expanding population and immigration issues, that we have a very serious violation of human rights occurring right in America perpetrated by the sycophant system of money handlers and those who need funding prioritized over and above human rights. It seems their minds are mixed as to who the wildlife really is, and they intend to separate human biodiversity by calling it environmental, when it is our environment. Now that this environment is growing out of their control, they are attempting to snatch the last remaining valuable and precious property for their families and friends in the inflated years ahead when so many more people need resources.

The individual property owners of America are being asked to swallow environmental nonsense. When the Gap program is finished, they will have removed the prosperity of the owners and slipped it into their pockets of greed.

In the future, the remaining population will be fenced in the designated areas similar to Israeli condemnation tactics in the Middle East. Elaborate resorts will pop up next to these confiscated areas or in them as private deals are generated from the prosperity realignments.

The Gap Analysis is nothing more than a clever way to designate the difference between what is out there to be taken and what currently exists using fancy computer jargon so it is viewed as valuable and environmentally connected. After Al Gore lost the election to Bush’s son, and being so deep on the environmental prosperity rearrangement into his pocket, he was stuck with creating a new angle while the new psychopath found new money funnelers to help him implement the GAP plan. One could say, Al Gore’s entire future has been coincidentally environmental since that point in time.

Some refer to a gap analysis as only the space between what we have and what we want. Maps are created and enhanced through green lining areas out where front groups have targeted as potentially valuable. Well of course they are, someone owns them, and will soon wake up to a real nightmare.

According to Michael Coffman website www.takingliberty.us, "The Clinton administration launched a massive study under the direction of the US Geological Survey (USGS). The study was conducted with the cooperation of all land management federal agencies and nearly every state to determine species relations, habitat requirements and hydrologic functions of every ecosystem in the United States. It is called the GAP Analysis Program which is designed to identify these ecosystem relationships."

Thanks to modern technology, it is a simple task to view satellite imagery of vegetation for a certain area, overlay another map of the wildlife distribution, and finally overlay a map of property ownership. With this specific arrangement, human rights are the primary target. Immediately one thinks of the wildlife and how precious they are, but the facts are simple. Old species are dying out almost daily while new species are also very common. It’s not that we should abuse their partnership with Earth; we can live in equilibrium with nature as a complete and proper biodiversity including the human. The neo-cons are telling you that our planet is dying from heat and you’re the problem only so they can round you up and sort you out while turning America into the next great apartheid of power targeted to be completed this century.

Michael Coffman states, "Americans owning private land anywhere in rural America are vulnerable. Although the GAP project sounds innocent and even noble, it is designed for the sole purpose of defining where gaps exist between protective areas. These gaps are huge in Midwestern and some Eastern states where very little government land exists. The only way these gaps can be closed is by taking private property through condemnation, conservation easements or uncompensated regulation. GAP represents the first step in locking up one-half of America into wildlands for the highly questionable purpose of protecting nature from humans."

When considering it is coming from those who suffer from psychological diseases and let money go to their heads, America is being segregated into corridors in which allows for maximum control efficiency of human movement and ownership synonymous with regimes that overpower their citizens removing their rights to the very land they thrive from. The American patriot who truly has conscience is being played emotionally in a game of sorting and thievery. Those who subject their declarations to save the planet from ourselves are nothing more than bigots in line for funding not realizing their children’s children will be living in fenced in living quarters similar to the zoos we have today that view nature from a distance.

Although one might give in to the fact that man deserves to be caged as an animal from nature for the way we have treated our partners. It is also important to realize that allowing the money handlers to progress in this operation is turning over the last remaining resources, including rural farm land, to those in power, and permanently removing your rights to the very land you stand on.

If we must look at nature through a window, then you are nothing more than a computer who needs a programmer. The [downloadable through media spin] program files are always free if you accept them. Delete the files and wake up America before it is gone forever including all the water and agriculture resources and you have no ability to own any property at all unless you’re a zillionaire. Your access to this land will also be restricted. The animal life is now being sorted, and you’re one of them.

"Any political and economic system that does not operate in accordance with the three basic laws of ecology is doomed to failure. These laws are (1) The law of diversity, (2) the law of interdependence and (3) The law of finite resources." - Captain Paul Wilson [ link ]

"If you can convince them that one person owns all the land, then they don’t have access to the land which means they don’t have access to food, clothing and shelter, which means they don’t have access to self sufficiency, which means they have to go to work for you. It’s really very simple." - Derrick Jensen [ link ]
