We can't stay healthy unless we monitor stress. Here are 10 ways to stay healthy without adding any, and on top, you can save some dollars and help to offset the devaluation of the comfort in your personal life cycle.

bullet Top 10 Ways to Stay Healthy
20 February 2007 By R. Mark Sink - Euthenist.org

bullet #1: Change your drinking habits. First, never drink hard alcohol, and only wine on occasions. Some wine and grapes can be good for the heart. Barley and corn fermented alcohols are not, and the drinking has often been associated with [drinking of the spirits] which is false. This type of drinking kills the spirit, as in, spirit water of the human container. Scotland Drinking itself to Death
Australia's Drug Problem is Alcohol

Increase your pure water adult intake to 50 ounces minimum per day of filtered water, pH tested to a minimum of 6.5. Children could drink half of this amount or more depending upon their activity level. Search for pH test kits online or purchase in your local drug thrift store. Some stores do not sell them strangely. Everyone who [thinks] they drink enough water are usually fooling themselves. Since our tap water supply is not that good anymore and unsafe in most cases, people stopped drinking as much water since they now have to buy it. Tea, and no-fat milk should also be a part of your diet, along with the optional and moderate coffee. The rest is all water! If you can filter your water up to the 7.5 pH, included with the no-fat or low-fat milk diet, you can see results faster.

bullet #2: Look at food differently. If you believe the media and their propaganda to support their advertisers, then you may eat twice as much food as needed. This is especially evident when you eat out at a restaurant and they place more food on the plate then you can eat. This is to help with their costs, or better yet, profits. The more sold, the more made. Although, this might not seem evident in our society, think again, and especially those types of corporations who sell meat, who seem to emphasize size more than let's say, a salad restaurant would. They are telling you to eat big in order to get you filled up, but their perception of being filled up is a misconception. Never stuff yourself! If you feel full, you have eaten too much! Over eating has two very bad side effects. One is, you get used to it. The other is, you pay for it in the form of other related problems and one of them is instant weight gain. That's being stupid, isn't it?

Slow down, eat less, enjoy your food more. The less you eat, the more you enjoy it. If you're super active, you probably don't have a problem with weight gain from food, but you may be eating fatty food to burn muscle metabolism which may hurt your heart more than the price of looking good. I would assume most professionals would suggest to not exceed a maintenance schedule for calorie intake. Multiply your weight on a scale of 10-15 for inactive to very active for a daily maintenance calorie average. Example: Weighs 150 and rides a bike daily, 150 X 13 = 1950 calories. A totally inactive person at 100 pounds would only need 1000 calories per day. If a person is overweight, use a calculation that matches your correct weight, based on height. Using the scale provided works best with 50 ounces of water or more.

bullet #3: Quit frolicking about, pace your life speed. Being active is great, but sometimes being active feels like work. When this feeling is evident, you need more sleep. Take the sleep time by adding a nap in the middle of your cycle. This works better in balancing the daily cycle. If you only get 6 hours sleep, you need 2 hours of nap time. Sleep 7 hours, and 1 hour nap time, as an example. I would consider these minimums. You always feel better when you have had enough sleep. What does that tell you? It should tell you that it is a lot more important than you may think at this time. We have bad habits of pushing ourselves, which is mostly masked by society and it's pathocratic systems. These fast paced habits are unhealthy and create stress which in turn makes it harder to sleep, mainly because we do not pace ourselves though it on a daily basis by allowing more rejuvenation during the process of the day.

bullet #4: Designate your space and down time. Everybody needs a time to think where they think best. Sometimes this is an easy chair, but remember, you can't think if there is outside interference such as a radio or TV. This special time space should be sacred to everyone somehow. It should be respected, and if one wants to sit inside the closet, they should be allowed to do so. What ever it takes, get this time into your schedule when you are alone. You can spend 1-2 hours reading, and this time slot often becomes a computer stop. You need more time to think. This helps one to solve the overwhelming reactions we have to our environment enabling us to deal with these outside forces. Often, we never take the time to reflect on what is actually happening. Integrate the advancement of knowledge into this time space or remain in the midst forever.

bullet #5: Brush your teeth three time a day. Believe or not, your mouth is a rotten place. To help balance the bacteria, brush your teeth after every meal, or three times a day using a fluoride free toothpaste. Do not use hydrogen peroxide, instead use baking soda or an all natural paste. Hydrogen peroxide is not meant to be used continually in that manner orally. Flossing may also be required if you have real teeth and not dentures. You'll need to carry a toothbrush with you if you eat out. Everybody deserves the right to brush your teeth after you eat, for Pete's sake! You should also rinse your mouth out with warm salt water occasionally, once or twice a week, to help balance your system. Simply add a teaspoon of salt to 6 ounces of warm water.

bullet #6: Start realizing you have nothing to fear. With all the overbearing paramoralism laced deep into our society, fear is used on you daily, by the media, the newspapers, magazines, and most all the main stream information sources. The word [terror] is an example of this manipulation. The constant penetration of this information has a great effect on your patterns, and your mental stability. Some, use this information as a core operating system with fear holding the flag in place. Please realize that fear is being used on you everywhere along with desire. If you begin to handle fear, you open up the ability for you to breath, and to have a normal life. Fear also locks itself in place based on silly things like money, and fame, and one will spend their entire lives fulfilling that goal, only because of fear and desire. It is much more important for your soul to be free from the prison that physicalism brings. Fear is a direct cause of anxiety which works with stress hand in hand. This is experiencing fear about every moment in time, such as tomorrow, and the next big event, when it is not needed, and only disrupts your system. Relax more by breathing and realizing your fears change nothing, and only confuses your life.

bullet #7: Stop pushing yourself so hard. We all have complicated lives and our activity related to generating a living sometimes controls our life 100%, for we feel if the income stops, we're dead. What is causing this problem? You guessed it, fear. This is one of the reasons fear needs to be put to rest. Even if you're life is very active with lots of planet and human interaction, if you don't calm down and smell the roses, you will begin to lose perspective on life. Soon, the activity becomes primary versus relaxing, and not allowing our bodies and minds a chance to think. Even though humans are capable of being very active beings, they are also capable of great things in their minds when allowed to think. Our society over works people, and doesn't allow the down time as mentioned above, to allow one to get a true perspective. The combination of less sleep, engrained desires, overbearing control, all contribute to an increased pace that does not allow reflection. This push is also laced into our system at the very core, and detrimental to life in the current system, as life is pushed right off the planet.

bullet #8: Search and read books of value. In our busy lives, book reading has fallen off what might be called the norm because there just isn't any time to fit this into one's schedule. Why is this so? You have to realize that the system would prefer you didn't read, and only read what they put in front of you. To really stay healthy, people need to grow spiritually, and this can only be accomplished with something called "the work". This is your personal life, but more important, this is your mind. Without expanding your knowledge, you accept the status quo, you accept any prison built for you, and you have very little value, other than something for the system, not you, to feed from. It is often known that once a person begins to enhance their personal minds, they realize the decisions they make are completely wrong, and adjustments are made. Books also allow us to study our world from a time perspective where humans express either garbage, or their honest effort of true knowledge. This is why it is so important to search for value because when over viewing the book supply available, only a small percentage of books actually have any value at all, and most of them are old. If you can't afford to buy them, check them out at the library. Reading also help us to relax and obtain additional down time that can always be utilized.

bullet #9: Have something around in your life to hug. If you live alone or don't receive much affection from other humans, obtain a pet or animal to add to your living space. Humans are overwhelmed with their love of themselves, and pets are a perfect example. Some people allow their habits to rule them, and obtain too many pets. Nevertheless, you need something to squeeze everyday, and a way to help you smile, because it is powerful. Our need for love is our greatest need in the mind. Realize that most people do not receive it at any point in their lives, and others obtain it by changing psychologically, which hurts them more. When you are alone as most are today, a pet is a companion, and love is real from them because they have no emotions to fool them.

bullet #10: If you can't get healthy, then start a journal. This will allow you to determine what is exactly happening. Write down your activities, how much you eat, how much you drink, how much you sleep, and how much you read. After a few days and or weeks, study the journal to see what is really happening. You should be able to discover the mistakes you're making, and adjust them easier by not having to remember them, which is often a waste of time, because we forget so easily. Once you determine what is actually taking place, becoming healthy will be easier accomplished.
