Is drinking lots of water healthy? Can you imagine people asking this question after all the knowledge down the water pipe? They even ask what are the benefits to drinking a lot of water as though water is secondary to food? We may be basing the decision on nutrient content, and focusing away from the balance water brings to the body. The content problem is about nutrition, not pollution, yet we use the water pollution and cause as a way to avert water altogether. Water does not have a lot of calories, and we may have been taught to focus on nutrients when water is what allows them to work. We assume other liquid products will still cleanse the body, but this is extremely dangerous to our perceived evolution as they are man-made, and also contain other chemicals that are not in pure or filtered water. Water Pollution So in discerning the solutions of water pollution, we easily develop aversions to consuming pure water by the lack of it alone, or difficulty in obtaining it at the quality we feel safe with. We'll opt to not include it, or opt for another option quite conveniently placed in all your pathways of life. This backfeed is harming the truth of how to stop water pollution by being led to think we can't change it, and it is a state we can't control. This is wrong except for the fact our sprawling population will also affect the outcome of any corrections we do make seeping outward from these concentrations upon earth. The facts about water pollution are we can change it by controlling our invasion over the earth and utilizing what soil is left provided to us and nurturing that environment. In the worst case scenario of human demise for lavishly using the planet as a toy, the future human survivors would begin by community, and only if the community is controlled based on growth control, would the community balance with the nature around it. A community must grow its own food and sustain the earth around it. This type of system would be part of a web and each community will be a representative of that council, similar to today, without capitalism. This is somewhat survivalist, but that is our reality, and we should fear that our government would still like to control these future communities, or prisons, as they would have it. A perfect example is the resource mongering in the Middle East over these very earth commodities, and the evident community control present and forced upon people to control them for personal preferences over water. How bad is water pollution? It may be more of an issue of how much water is still available that isn't polluted for processing all the fancy liquid sugar drinks. According to recent articles, the world is just beginning to face severe water shortages, and now the real wars will begin. As you well know, all sewage from humans is only filtered before being released back into the wild. What is even spookier is the fact that once filtered, what happens to the concentrations that have been removed that cannot be processed away? What are the causes and effect of water pollution on our souls? It is our negligent attitude about using water as a transportation device, and playing with it as though it will always be around, that has become disgusting. Water is a million times more precious than we may ever realize, and now that we are beginning to understand we are running out of fresh water, the truth will be burned into us by the very negative energy we feed on. The causes are simple to figure out, based on millions of homes flushing yard pesticides, raw sewage, choleric cleaning and washing chemicals into every spot they live, along with the corporations who have contributed heavily to the contamination levels measured in rivers, lakes, and soils. The water from rains washes the soil out, and the chemicals collect in every water supply. It is a horrible infestation event that once enough chemicals are prevalent in the natural supply, humans will be stuck with the chemical version until further notice from planet earth. There is some good news for filtering water and obtaining the proper balance with the water remaining. Filters such as a ceramic gravity device can filter any water to drinking capacity. If you use a device to filter regular tap water, you may be able to bring the pH up the a suitable level for the body, and this has a great effect on your ability to balance your own immune water pollution system inside your own body. The ceramic is more porous and can even be dried, and the debris sanded off the surface for reuse. This represents an extremely inexpensive way to get purer water into your body at a pH closer to 6 and 7 points where it can do you some good. Using your body as a contaminant filter is asking for trouble. If you cannot filter your water, it is recommended that you purchase distilled water. The advantages of drinking lots of water that is a pH of 6 or higher, is you can begin to balance the acidity, and also the energy consumption process. From this point on, understanding all the processes the body goes through is complicated and somewhat unnecessary to focus on. People just don't drink enough water on a consistent basis to discover change. This always works against you and your life effort. Why do doctors tell you to drink lots of water when your real sick? If the water contains chemicals, such as chlorine, the water is in an acid state. Many of the contaminants we come in contact with are from the air around us in our living spaces, the physical contact issues with the skin, and the types of foods we eat. Water is essentially a way to regulate these consumables. This cannot be accomplished with water that is in an acid state because most of our interactions require some alkalinity, and water is the only source that is natural to these earth activities. This makes sense in the fact if you become too alkaline, it is not healthy either, so balance is a part of the water base system. Too much focus on the acid state does not allow for balance to exist. Therefore, other mutations and transformation can occur based on the altered metabolic processes. The body requires balance, and this is quite evident by our sleep cycles. It is also stated that carcinogens begin during acid states or alkaline states that are too concentrated in the body. The use of pharmaceuticals may affect the bodies ability to discern when it is time to obtain calcium from the bones and when not to, which could affect how cancer begins, ends, or stops it cycle of growth. Distilled water is neutral, and does not play the same pH role, so in discerning its interactions, more research is needed. You will not find good data on it, and most of what I've seen is misleading. However, distilled water interferes less in the pH role, and some claim it has a pH value, which is ridiculous. Water pH Calcium and alkalinity are not the same, except they are not both acidic in nature. Calcium will raise the pH of the body, and helps with digestion. Water that is not acid, will also help with digestion, and knowing the body in normal circumstances is [breaking down] or becoming [acid], drinking a higher pH water may have more value in helping balance the body. The breaking down of the body begins as early as the thirties, and begins to become noticeable as changes in appearance are detected or functions no longer seem as easy as they once were. The body is slowing on its journey to its end. Don't assume that cancer will be your demise, as water can change the outcome, and help you stay in balance, and help immortalize and flourish the expanded journey. Cancer cells themselves are not acid creatures, only the water around them is acid in most cases. So in assuming that you should fill yourself with coral calcium products, and forcefully turn your body into an alkaline pit to kill the cancer beast, you may only realize temporary relief, as where, if you sought to originally balance your inner environment between the two, you may be a lot more successful. Once a change is made, there is only enough balance for the moment. The balance comes over consistent time, and prevention of allowing the body to remain in an acidic state continuously. Tumor cells are smart, and they fight to live using lactic acid and other transformations to alter the state around them. Your job is to prevent them from attaining status. Cancer's brain is more about mitochondria dysfunction. A promising supplement to fight the energy depletion brought onto the mitochondria is called coenzyme Q10. As living cells are deprived of oxygen, ATP [good] energy from mitochondria is also depleted. Furthermore, the body is attempting to rid itself of acid daily. Water aids tremendously in this process. The body cells will also produce acid waste which require a buffer in state to balance the pH. Blood pH is approximately 7.4, which is slightly alkaline. The bad side about it is the fact it was written as a debunking of calcium with an emphasis on the silly side of testing pH for the body. That angle doesn't fly very well, as the information contained in the article is worthy in proving that pH balance has much value in understanding, especially the measurement of, both of the body and understanding the content of consumption on all levels. At the end of his article in the addendum, he throws out a quite peculiar point about eating acid food and alkaline food, and the digested portion remaining, which is like a form of ash. Some acid food after digested, has an alkaline ash base remaining. So here is what he says.
Seemingly these people who are on a high calcium regiment are not considering many other factors of their diet, which may lead to fractures, and the underlining reason for them may have nothing to do with meat at all. And I surely don't agree if you already eat a lot of meat that you should immediately start eating massive amount of vegetables to balance the situation. With this bit of data, we can see that increased consumption of many products, especially that of meat, is dangerous, but increased calcium intake may also be dangerous if the body doesn't have a use for it at that moment. According to what Bill is saying, calcium works hand in hand to balance high acid intake as long as it is moderated. So he debunks the high use of calcium and the over selling of its power, which is correct, and in doing so, he releases the fact that calcium is important at the same time, but he places a bad light on monitoring the body, and leaves out the importance of water in relation to calcium and acid. Those who sell calcium cures are indeed using people in most cases. One must deduce the state of the user, and how often they remain in an acidic state, as adding water to the diet with a pH factor that is higher, seems to be a natural way to solve many health problems. Especially if one has tested their urine to find a score of 5 and believes eating a tomato will solve the problem because the ash from the tomato will balance the body, when in fact it may not completely serve this function. One should also note that the calcium in milk is diluted in water. Our need for water is evident, and our need for clean water is even more evident to obtain any balance from disease in our journey through life.

The trap has now extended to bottled water that has been manipulated by chemicals, removing alkalinity, and being told that your tap water is safe to drink, when in many cases it is not. It has also extended to sport drinks, yet they only work well when a body is exerting more energy, as exampled by marathon runners, who are in fact abusing their bodies and the abuse becomes justification for electric water. Update (2007/7/29): In reference to [1], it is now believed and practiced to drink water only in a period of time to rejuvenate the body functions. This period of time considered fasting has a limit, and when the limit is reached, the person slowly returns to eating food again. During this period, the body will begin to use up fat storage, and will also begin to heal abnormalities. From this knowledge, drinking lots of water begins to make much sense, as water is required for this process to occur. If you cannot access clean water, then it is recommended that you purchase distilled water that does not have any chemical additives. When I first started using water that did not come from the tap, I purchased water that was distilled for a period of about 10 years, and finally switched to a filtered water from a deep well. Minerals and other ingredients that are claimed to be valuable in water are in most cases not bonded as they would be in plants, and therefore have no value in water.
